Template


 Today I decided to work on the website again today. I haven’t started the editing process yet. Me being the teams personal software designer, puts editing under my umbrella of work. I haven’t chosen to start editing since all the clips aren’t in the proper place yet. We aren’t completely done with the filming process but we will be soon. My director is amazing, Rashell really knows what she is doing and I am so proud that she has the position. Technically I would be able to start editing now. In my opinion though I believe that makes the process longer and harder when I receive all the clips and that is exactly what we don’t want to do. So I am just going to wait for my team to get the perfect shots they need and start.

Instead of doing that I made my decision on my template. I decided to go with the sophisticated template I was telling you about. Today I decided that it was the best choice because it was everything that we were looking for. I realized today that with the proper work I could take it in that dramatic direction I was originally looking for before. Not only it looks like work above and beyond what is expected of us. With my touches it would be absolutely amazing. My work on the website has just begun but I am so proud of how it is going.

The Struggle of Editing

 Todays editing could be described as a hard fought victory. Today was the day I had a lot of work to get done that I ended up finishing in due time. It took lots of stress, and endurance but the video is done. Thank the lord that the video is done. It wasn't everything I hoped it would be but I definitely will settle for less. The only reason I will do this is because this is my first time doing this. My skills and knowledge will only improve from here. The way this commercial ends will not be the same as the others to come. I have faith that I will be able to do better from here on out due to my determination. Especially because this is something that I actually enjoy to do. This was something that I viewed as a fun project. The editing was still the less favorable part within the whole entire project. Genre Research- Drama

Drama CAMS- Dramas are usually associated with extremely close up shots, bird eye views, medium shots, over the shoulder shots and close ups.  MIS-EN-SCENE For drama's things like setting, props, and costumes may vary but in regards to things like acting and make-up they are usually the same. Through most of the movies viewed, drama's are usually associated with serious acting, not a lot of joking around. The makeup like most films that aren’t superhero movies, are natural. Same for costumes, the just depend on the characters  Editing- The editing always has some kind of foreshadowing. They try to let the characters know that something is going to happen through the way they edit the sequence is very fore-shadowy. Sound-  The sound happens to vary, but it’s normally a very still-sounding no word track playing.
